How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, but please contact us and we will make things right!

You can return your purchase if you have chosen to add Onward protection to your order.

We have partnered with Onward to provide shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged packages. When you add Onward to your order, you will be fully protected in the event something goes wrong with your shipment. Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and you will have full protection should something go wrong with your shipment.

Yes, all our jewelry is made from sterling silver and 18K plated materials, ensuring they are tarnish-free and long-lasting.

Yes! Fill out the customization box when adding your item to the cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
